The VL-1300 features a compact ride-on configuration for one operator, an intelligent control system, a powerful electric drive motor, and a large-capacity waste collection bin. It is suitable for warehouses, factories, logistics centers, parking areas, industrial sites, and other large paved areas.

1300 mm Wide Sweeping System

The VL-1300 provides a 1,300 mm sweeping width, allowing it to cover a large area with each cleaning pass.

With a working efficiency of up to 13,000 m²/h and an operating speed of 8–20 km/h, the machine is designed for high-productivity sweeping applications where large areas need to be cleaned within a limited working period.

The 500 mm side brush helps collect dust and debris from edges, walls, and corners and directs the material toward the main roller brush for collection.

Efficient Dust and Debris Collection

The machine is equipped with an 80L waste bin for collecting leaves, dust, dirt, and other solid debris during sweeping operations.

A single fan and 5 m² vacuum filtration area support the dust collection system. The filtration system helps capture dust generated during sweeping and reduces the amount of fine dust released into the surrounding environment.

The 40L water tank can be used to support dust suppression during operation, making the machine suitable for relatively dusty working environments.

Powerful 48V Electric Drive

The VL-1300 uses a 48V electrical system with a powerful 48V 2000W driving motor. The operating speed ranges from 8 to 20 km/h, providing efficient movement across large cleaning areas.

The machine is also equipped with a 48V 650W roller brush motor and two 48V 90W side brush motors, providing dedicated power for the main roller brush and side brushes.

This motor configuration allows the machine to maintain stable sweeping performance while operating at relatively high travel speeds.

2 Hours of Operating Time

The standard battery system uses a 48V 45Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery and provides approximately 2 hours of operating time, depending on driving speed, floor conditions, cleaning conditions, and operating settings.

A lithium battery option is available for customers who require an alternative battery configuration.

The machine is supplied with a 220V smart charger, with an approximate charging time of 6–8 hours.

Ride-On Design for Large Areas

The VL-1300 is designed for one operator and features a ride-on operating configuration. The operator can control the machine from the driver's seat while the machine performs sweeping operations.

The leather padded seat and backrest provide a more comfortable operating position during extended cleaning tasks.

Unlike traditional steering-wheel systems, the VL-1300 uses handlebar steering, allowing the operator to control the direction of the machine conveniently.
