Wide 1400 mm Sweeping Width

The VL-1400 provides a 1,400 mm sweeping width, allowing the machine to cover a wide area during each cleaning pass.

With a working efficiency of up to 10,000 m²/h and an operating speed of 5–14 km/h, the sweeper is designed for large-area cleaning applications where high productivity is required.

The 500 mm side brush helps collect dust and debris from edges, walls, and corners and directs the material toward the main roller brush for collection.

Powerful Sweeping System

The VL-1400 is equipped with a 48V 900W roller brush motor and two 48V 100W side brush motors. The independently powered sweeping components provide consistent brush performance during operation.

The side brushes help clean areas close to walls and edges, while the main roller brush collects debris and directs it into the waste collection system.

100L Waste Collection Bin

The machine uses a 48V electrical system with a 48V 1200W driving motor. Its operating speed ranges from 5 to 14 km/h, allowing the operator to adjust the travel speed according to floor conditions and cleaning requirements.

2–4 Hours of Operating Time

The standard battery configuration uses a 48V 60Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery. Depending on operating conditions, driving speed, floor conditions, and cleaning settings, the machine can provide approximately 2–4 hours of operating time.

For customers requiring longer operating periods, optional battery capacities of 48V 80Ah and 48V 100Ah are available.

A lithium battery option can also be provided for customers who require an alternative battery technology.

The machine is equipped with a 220V smart charger, with an approximate charging time of 6–8 hours.

Comfortable Ride-On Operation
