The 1800 mm Electric Ride-On Floor Sweeper VL-1800 is a high-efficiency electric sweeping machine designed for large-area cleaning in warehouses, factories, logistics centers, parking areas, commercial facilities and other open floor spaces. With an 1800 mm sweeping width and a working efficiency of up to 12,000 m²/h, it helps reduce cleaning time while providing consistent sweeping performance.

Wide 1800 mm Sweeping Width

The VL-1800 features an 1800 mm sweeping width, providing broad cleaning coverage in a single pass. The 500 mm side brushes help collect dust, debris and other loose materials from areas close to edges and guide them toward the main roller brush.

With a rated working efficiency of 12,000 m²/h, the machine is designed for applications where conventional manual sweeping would require considerable time and labor.

100L Waste Bin and Dust Filtration

The machine is equipped with a 100L waste bin, allowing it to collect a substantial amount of dust and debris during continuous cleaning operations.

A 5 m² vacuum filter area works with the single-fan system to support dust collection during sweeping. The integrated 80L water tank can be used for dust suppression during operation, helping improve the cleaning environment in dusty applications.

Electric Drive System

The VL-1800 uses a 48V electric drive system. Its 48V 1200W driving motor provides the power required for ride-on operation, with a working speed of 5–14 km/h.

The main roller brush is powered by a 48V 900W motor, while four side brushes are driven by 48V 4 × 100W motors, providing coordinated sweeping across the machine's wide cleaning path.

The standard battery configuration is a 48V 60Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery, with optional 48V 80Ah or 48V 100Ah battery capacities available for different operating requirements.

The machine provides approximately 2–4 hours of operating time, depending on working conditions, cleaning intensity and operating conditions.

A 220V smart charger is included, with a typical charging time of 6–8 hours.

Comfortable Ride-On Operation

The VL-1800 is designed for one operator and features a leather padded seat and backrest for improved comfort during extended cleaning tasks.

The steering wheel control provides familiar operation, while the drum brake system supports controlled stopping during daily use.
